What we can help with

Choosing a scent. Tell us the room, its size and the mood you want, and we suggest a scent from the hotel collection. Not sure yet? Try our scent quiz or a 5 ml sample from the product page (Canada).

Fragrance oil for your scent machine. Our Cold-Air Concentrates are selected and bottled in Toronto for waterless (cold-air, nebulizing) diffusers with a refillable oil bottle. They are not for water-based (ultrasonic) diffusers or machines that take sealed cartridges. Send us the make and model of your diffuser and we will confirm before you order. Shop concentrates.

Reed diffusers and refills. Our reed diffusers and refills are blended by hand in Toronto. Refills are for reed diffusers only, never for scent machines. Shop reed diffusers.

We ship from Toronto to Canada and the United States. We do not take phone calls; email gets you a faster, written answer you can keep.
